Here is more information about this feature from the MDaemon release notes: The MDaemon feature you are referring to is From Header Modification, which was introduced in MDaemon 16.5 in September, 2016. I'm not an expert on Exchange, so I did some research to see if this is possible with Exchange & Outlook & it appears this is not possible with Exchange. Maybe Brad can tell us if Exchange/Outlook has a similar function. The translation occurs in the server before the email is delivered to the user's inbox. I couldn't tell you if it's supported in Exchange or not. The email expansion is a feature it has and recently improved. Right now, the From shows something like 'Bruce' instead of 'Bruce 'ĭid you do what I am asking about displaying, or something else? It is this pane with the From field where I want to show the sender's name and email address for all users in an organization, regardless of whether or not the reading pane is visible. I have some users who have the Reading Pane off, and they have the folder pane showing, and next to it the pane that shows From the sender's name and email subject. I saw LOTS of recommendations about doing it in Outlook, but I want to do it in Exchange 2010 and Office 365 for all user mailboxes.
